We use two shipping methods:

1. Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class for all Nomination Orders at a flat rate of £3.00. 

2. All other Jewellery and Watches will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery at no additional charge.

All orders over £60 are currently delivered FREE of charge within the UK

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.christophergeorgejewellers.co.uk you are welcome to return the goods within 14 days of their receipt (provided that they have not been worn or used) You may then get a full refund, or an exchange if this is what you would like.

You can buy our products online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This makes it the easiest and fastest way to order. Ordering on-line could not be simpler, just follow the simple on-line instructions, and the whole process should not take more than a few minutes.

If you are ordering on-line for the first time, you may find it reassuring to know that our secure server on-line credit card approval facilities have been tested 1000´s of times successfully.

Our on-line credit card purchasing facilities are processed via SagePay. No credit card details will be kept by our store.

We also understand that you may not be happy about ordering on-line. In this event we offer an off-line option of payment via Phone, Fax or Post. When purchasing your goods at the time of payment select Offline payment – Phone/Fax/Post and then print out the order form and return the form to us via one of the three methods.
