Do you Resize Rings?
Yes. We have a fully equipped on-site Jewellery Workshop and can resize Gold, Silver and Platinum. Please give us a call to learn more about this service on 02920 231 244
What Method is used to Ship my Item?
We use two methods of postage for our orders.
Our Nomination items are posted via Royal Mail Signed for, and all other items are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 pm. With both of our methods of posting, a signature will be required upon receipt.
How Long does Delivery Take?
Royal Mail Signed For Delivery may take 1-3 Business days. For more urgent deliveries, please contact us on 02920 231 244, or select Next Day Delivery by 1 pm when checking out

Can I Check the Status of my Order?
Yes, if you have created an account, you will be able to track the status of your order. Simply login and you will be able to see the status of your orders.
Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the goods within 14 days of their receipt (provided that they have not been worn or used). You may then get a full refund, or an exchange, if this is what you would like.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns of earrings and/or cleaning products due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Do you Offer Gift Cards?
We only offer Gift Cards in Store. Gift cards make the perfect present for someone who wants to treat themselves to one of our watches or beautiful pieces of jewellery. Please contact one of our customer service team for more information.

Do you Repair Jewellery?
Yes. At Christopher George Jewellers, we offer a fully comprehensive jewellery repair service. We have fully fitted jewellery repair workshops situated in our Cardiff store, staffed by trained and experienced Goldsmiths who are very meticulous in their work.
We carry out repairs on gold, platinum and silver jewellery, from ring sizing to simple chain repairs. Please give us a call on 02920 231 244 to speak to one of our advisors.
Do you Offer Free Estimates for Repair?
Most jewellery repair jobs can be simply quoted for during your visit, but some jewellery repairs are a little more complex. We recommend that these repairs are left with us, so our Goldsmiths can appraise the work and give a precise estimate for the jewellery repair. There is no obligation if you don’t want to proceed. Do you Offer a Same Day Repair Service?
On occasion, we can offer minor jewellery repair or ring resizing on the day. Please note that during busy periods we are unable to offer this service, so please ensure that you contact the store if you are making a special journey into Cardiff to avoid any disappointment.
